HP focuses on gamers with his laptop and mouse Omen


If HP is primarily known for its computers to the general public and business world, models for the players are against a more discreet. The brand has also announced the Omen, a machine that is for players not wanting to lug a big laptop and a mouse attached.

The Omen will contain a i7-4710HQ Core processor, with 8 to 16 GB of DDR3 1600 MHz. The display is given to a 15.6-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, bright and tactile, and a GeForce GTX 860M with 4GB of GDDR5. All in a thick frame of only 19.9 mm and a weight of 2.1 kg.

Storage side, it will deal with a SSD of 256 or 512GB 8.1 with Windows preinstalled. The basic version can be too tight for the most avid players, as some recent titles can see their weight exceed the 40 GB This is particularly the case of Call of Duty. To support its PC, HP also unveiled a mouse called X9000 Omen. None, it is exclusively for right-handed and has a 8200 dpi laser sensor with a system to adjust its sensitivity over eight levels. Six programmable buttons are also available and the wheel is disengaged, like that proposed by Logitech on her G500.
